These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the lucky.ph platform, including all games, services, and features available through luckyph.bio. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

You must be at least 21 years of age and physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing lucky.ph is lawful. Age is verified at registration per PAGCOR requirements.
Each player may hold exactly one lucky.ph account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of the reason — are a violation and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
All bonuses at lucky.ph are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount.
Lucky.ph is required under PAGCOR and AMLA regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. A valid Philippine government-issued ID is mandatory.
Every lucky.ph account includes access to deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Activating self-exclusion is binding and irrevocable for the selected duration.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute not resolved through lucky.ph's internal process may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official complaint mechanism.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
Access to and participation in Real Money Play on lucky.ph is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This requirement is imposed by PAGCOR and is non-negotiable. Lucky.ph reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately, all balances forfeited, and the matter referred to PAGCOR as required by law.
21+ Strict Enforcement: Lucky.ph employs automated and manual age verification processes at registration and withdrawal. Providing false date-of-birth information is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.
You may only open and use a lucky.ph account if you are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful. Lucky.ph is authorized by PAGCOR for the Philippine market. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing the Platform is legal under the laws of your jurisdiction. Lucky.ph accepts no liability for your breach of any applicable local laws.
To register a lucky.ph account, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, valid email address, date of birth, and residential address. You agree to keep this information current and accurate at all times. Registration constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one lucky.ph account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Lucky.ph uses device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and payment method analysis to detect duplicate accounts. Detected duplicates will result in suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.
Your lucky.ph account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any third party to access, use, or operate your account under any circumstances. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted under your account credentials.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lucky.ph login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered device. You must notify lucky.ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Lucky.ph will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
Lucky.ph is required by PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) to conduct identity verification of all players. You must provide a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document before any withdrawal can be processed. Accepted documents include: SSS/GSIS ID, Passport, PhilHealth ID, Driver's License, UMID, Voter's ID, and National ID (PhilSys). Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal processing until verification is completed to our satisfaction.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. Lucky.ph will attempt to contact you at your registered email and phone number before applying any dormancy fees. A monthly administrative fee may be applied to dormant accounts after the notification period, subject to PAGCOR guidelines on dormant account management. Lucky.ph will not reduce any balance below zero as a result of dormancy fees.
You may request the closure of your lucky.ph account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining verified balance at the time of closure will be paid out to your registered payment method after identity verification, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.
Lucky.ph currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Lucky.ph does not accept deposits from payment instruments registered to third parties.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary depending on your account verification status, VIP tier, and the payment method selected. Current limits are displayed within your account settings at the time of transaction.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals submitted during business hours (8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Philippine Standard Time) are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one to three (1–3) business days. Lucky.ph does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times are targets and not guarantees; delays may occur during peak periods, system maintenance, or pending KYC verification.
Lucky.ph reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements, completion of any ongoing fraud or AML investigation, or resolution of any outstanding dispute. Funds deposited through a particular payment method will, where technically possible, be returned to the same payment method.
Note on Bonus Balances: Bonus Funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal. Only real money balances that have cleared all applicable requirements may be withdrawn.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by lucky.ph are subject to wagering requirements and any specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented to you. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
The welcome bonus is available to new lucky.ph players on their first qualifying deposit. The bonus is credited as a percentage match of the deposited amount, up to the maximum stated in the active promotion. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of thirty-five times (35x) the combined deposit and bonus amount unless otherwise stated. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, household, device, and IP address.
Lucky.ph actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using bonus funds in a manner that constitutes low-risk hedging strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is detected, lucky.ph reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate the account involved.
Lucky.ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already claimed it, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from wagers already placed under the promotion terms shall not be affected by the withdrawal of the offer.
Each game available on lucky.ph is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before wagering. Lucky.ph's interpretation of game rules in the event of a dispute is final, subject to PAGCOR's oversight.
In the event of a malfunction, system error, or technical fault in any game or platform function, lucky.ph reserves the right to void all affected game rounds and refund any wagers placed during the period of malfunction. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. Lucky.ph will not be liable for any losses arising from a malfunction that was outside its reasonable control.
If your connection is interrupted during a game session, the game will resume in the state it was in at the time of disconnection when you reconnect, provided the game software supports session recovery. In cases where session recovery is not possible, the game round will be settled according to the game's internal algorithm at the point of disconnection.
All real-money gameplay on lucky.ph is conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Bonus amounts, jackpot values, and all financial displays within the platform are denominated in PHP unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lucky.ph platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities:

Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. During the self-exclusion period, you will be unable to log in, deposit, or wager on the Platform. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of lucky.ph.
The lucky.ph name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks of the Platform operator. Unauthorised use of these marks — including in domain names, social media handles, or promotional materials — is prohibited.
Lucky.ph makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability but does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. Lucky.ph shall not be liable for any losses or inconvenience resulting from platform unavailability.
Lucky.ph integrates with third-party services including payment providers (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank) and game content suppliers. Lucky.ph is not liable for any failures, delays, or errors attributable to third-party service providers, provided that lucky.ph has taken reasonable steps to select reputable and regulated third-party partners.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lucky.ph's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Lucky.ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Lucky.ph reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: you have breached these Terms; your account is the subject of a fraud, AML, or PAGCOR investigation; your account has been accessed by an unauthorized third party; or suspension is required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
Lucky.ph may terminate your account with immediate effect and without liability for any payment of outstanding balances in the following circumstances: confirmed fraud or money laundering; confirmed bonus abuse involving multiple accounts; provision of falsified identity documents; or any criminal conduct involving the Platform.
Upon termination of your account for cause, all Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited. Verified real money balances may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation and may be subject to forfeiture where required by law or regulatory direction.
You may terminate your account at any time in accordance with Section 3.4 of these Terms. Termination by a player does not affect any accrued rights or obligations arising prior to the termination date.
If you have a dispute relating to any game outcome, transaction, bonus, or account decision, you must first submit a formal complaint to lucky.ph's player support team. We will acknowledge your complaint within forty-eight (48) hours and aim to provide a substantive resolution within fourteen (14) business days.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through lucky.ph's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels. Lucky.ph is bound by any determination made by PAGCOR in the exercise of its regulatory authority over the Platform.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You and lucky.ph submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the processes described in Sections 12.1 and 12.2.
Lucky.ph reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via your registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. Minor changes (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter your rights or obligations, or changes required by applicable law) may take effect immediately upon posting.
Your continued use of the lucky.ph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 3.4.
The current version of these Terms, identified by the effective date at the top of this page, supersedes all previous versions. Previous versions are available upon request by contacting lucky.ph support.
